Twin Cities Orthopedics to open sports medicine clinic

Twin Cities Orthopedics, based in Minneapolis, is opening a 21,000-square-foot clinic in Eden Prairie, Minn., which is designed to compete with other sports medicine clinics, according to a Twin Cities Business report.

The orthopedics group, one of the largest in the state, also plans to open other clinic locations in Maple Grove and Plymouth.

 

The Eden Prairie location will offer clinic services, sports training, physical therapy and services such as free public yoga classes.

 

One the sports medicine clinic’s primary competitors will be Mayo Clinic’s 22,000-square-foot Mayo Clinic Square sports medicine facility.
