States to Use More Than $6M in Grants to Bring Telehealth, Other Health Programs to Rural Regions

Six states have received a total of more than $6 million from the United States Department of Agriculture to implement telehealth and other healthcare initiatives in rural regions, according to a USDA news release.

Alabama, Arkansas, Illinois, Kentucky, Mississippi and Louisiana received the grants under the Rural Development’s Delta Health Care Services Grant Program.
