With 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Ms. Lynch is an expert in managing physicians, analyzing and selecting quality equipment and achieving budget goals. Since opening Mountain Valley Orthopedics in 1991, she has added physicians on five separate occasions, implemented the opening and operations of a satellite office and overseen the construction of a new 16,000 square-foot office complex.
Prior to joining Mountain Valley Orthopedics, Ms. Lynch served as a billing supervisor in Pocono Medical Center, where she worked in various roles for 15 years. She was promoted to supervisor after successfully bringing down the inpatient receivables that had been untouched for over 2 years.
Ms. Lynch was a founding member of the Penn. Chapter of American Association of Orthopaedic Executives, where she currently serves as an active member on the “state society task force.” She also serves as president of Bones of PA, a state society of orthopedic administrators. As president, she has increased Bones of PA membership by 20 percent and revenues by 50 percent.
