Dr. Bush-Joseph is the head team physician for the Chicago White Sox and has served as a member at large on the MLB Medical Advisory Board. As president, Dr. Bush-Joseph will be responsible for leading the association in advising the MLB in matters of health and safety of the players. The organization also promotes further education for team physicians and trainers.
Dr. Bush-Joseph earned his medical degree at the University of Michigan Medical School in Ann Arbor and completed his residency at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago. His additional training includes a fellowship in knee and shoulder arthroscopic surgery at Cincinnati SportsMedicine.
