Dr. Doyne currently serves as designated physician for Texas Department of Insurance—Division of Workers’ Compensation. He is a member of its Medical Quality Review Panel and previously served as a medical expert for the Social Security Administration.
Dr. Doyne earned his medical degree from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and past president of the American College of Physician Executives.
