The new 30,000-square-foot facility includes whirlpool tubs, anti-gravity treadmills and other special equipment, according to the report. The sports medicine program is designed to prevent and treat injuries such as shin splints, ankle sprains, stress fractures and concussions. The new facility is set to open in January.
