Langone Medical Center Opens Center for Musculoskeletal Care

Langone Medical Center in New York City has opened its Center for Musculoskeletal Care, a 110,000-squre-foot facility focused on treating orthopedic patients.

The new center includes access to outpatient musculoskeletal services previously available at NYU Langone, including adult reconstructive surgery, care for spinal disorders, arthritis care and joint preservation techniques. Additional services include physiatry, physical therapy, occupational therapy, infusion therapy, advanced diagnostic imaging and comprehensive pain management.

More than 300 orthopedists and other specialists will work at the center to provide preventative, diagnostic, treatment and rehabilitative care. The facility also has an outpatient surgery center. All services will be available at the facility by the middle of May.
