David J. Levine, DPM, has been awarded the Governor’s Volunteer Service Certificate in Maryland.

 

Houston Methodist St. John Hospital in Nassau Bay, Texas, added Edward Lee, MD, according to a report by The Citizen.

 

New England Baptist Hospital in Boston named Carl T. Talmo, MD, vice chairman, orthopedic research, according to a Wicked Local Newton report.

 

Arnold Ramirez, MD, Koco Eaton, MD, Barry Craythorne, MD, Sanjay Menon, MD, and Daniel Murphy, MD, has been named team physicians for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers 2015 season.
