Dr. William Raasch Performs Hip Surgery on Brewers Pitcher Chris Narveson

William Raasch, MD, team physician for the Milwaukee Brewers, recently performed hip surgery on pitcher Chris Narveson, according to a report from the Journal-Sentinel.

After suffering from chronic issues with his hip over the past few years, Mr. Narveson opted to undergo surgery. Dr. Raasch reported a successful procedure and Mr. Narveson will not be allowed to put weight on the joint for six weeks. However, he will begin rehabilitation as soon as possible and expects to return to play for spring training.
