2. The surgery will end Mr. Doubront’s season.
3. Dr. Kremchek is a co-founder of Cincinnati-based Beacon Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine.
4. He is a member of the Major League Baseball Team Physician Association and medical director for the Cincinnati Reds.
