Dr. Bissell is an orthopedic surgeon with Connecticut Orthopedic Associates. He earned his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine in Storrs and completed his orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Rochester (N.Y.) School of Medicine and Dentistry. Dr. Bissell’s additional training includes a sports medicine fellowship at Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles.
