Dr. Kelley and his wife contributed to the philanthropic and athletic culture of Bradford and continues to provide orthopedic care to local high school athletics. Dr. Kelley earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Ohio and completed his residency at Yale-New Haven Hospital and the Newington’s Children Hospital.
His additional training includes a sports medicine fellowship at the Kerlan-Jobe Orthopaedic Clinic in Los Angeles. He is currently a partner at Connecticut Orthopaedic Specialists.
