1. Neurosurgeon Chris Talbot, DO, successfully completed the first endoscopic spine surgery at AdventHealth Avista in Louisville, Colo.
2. Alejandro Lopez, DO, performed New Jersey’s first fully endoscopic laminectomy using Amplify Surgical’s dualPortal technology.
3. Benjamin Weisenthal, MD, of Knoxville (Tenn.) Orthopaedic Clinic is the first in East Tennessee to perform endoscopic spine surgery.
4. Orthopedic surgeon Nick Nenadovich, MD, has completed the first endoscopic implantation of Intrinsic Therapeutics’ Barricaid annular closure device in the Great Lakes region.
5. Vamsi Kancherla, MD, an endoscopic spine surgeon at Specialty Orthopedics, completed the first Barricaid case in Georgia performed with a dual‑port endoscopic technique.
6. Joseph Cox, MD, of Bienville Orthopedic Specialists in Gautier, Miss., performed the Mississippi Gulf Coast’s first endoscopic spine surgery.
