Six spine and orthopedic tech companies have made changes to their leadership since April 1.
1. Richard Mueller is the new president and CEO of Life Spine. Mr. Mueller was promoted from his role as COO at Life Spine, and he has more than 30 years of experience in the medical device industry.
2. Enovis named Damien McDonald as its new CEO. He’s starting the role May 21 and is succeeding Matt Trerotola.
3. Inspired Spine tapped healthcare attorney Ross Matlack as its new CEO. Mr. Matlack previously served as CEO of multiple hospitals.
4. Intrinsic Therapeutics, which developed the Barricaid spine procedure, named Keith Valentine as president and CEO.
5. OrthoWorx CEO Bob Vitoux is stepping down to rejoin Ambassador Enterprises as its CFO. Terry Schlotterback, OrthoWorx board chair, will serve as interim CEO.6. EDGe Surgical, which focuses on single-use digital spine and orthopedic instruments, named Leo Carayannopoulos as CEO.
