Life Spine appoints new president and CEO

Richard Mueller is the new president and CEO of Life Spine, according to an April 1 news release.

Mr. Mueller was promoted from his role as COO at Life Spine, and he has more than 30 years of experience in the medical device industry. Before joining Life Spine in 2015 he held executive leadership positions at TransEnterix and NuVasive.

“During his time as COO, Life Spine, along with its talented leadership team and employees, has remained at the forefront of Micro Invasive products and procedures,” Life Spine Board Chair Ken Hachikian said in the release. “We look forward to the team’s continued success under his leadership.”
