1. Mr. Viscogliosi has more than 20 years of orthopedic industry experience.

2. He has helped created multiple orthopedic businesses, including Paradigm Spine, Small Bone Innovations and Musculoskeletal Clinical Regulatory Advisers.

3. Mr. Viscogliosi is a former board member of Spine Solutions and Knee Creations. He played a crucial role in these companies’ sales to Johnson & Johnson’s DePuy Synthes and Zimmer Holdings, respectively.
