Companion Spine has completed the integration of Paradigm Spine following its acquisition of the company in December 2025.
The companies now operate as a single organization across U.S. and international markets, with commercial activities in 36 countries and approximately 82 employees across six locations, according to an Oct. 28 news release.
The combined organization has offices in Leesburg, Va., New York City, Bordeaux, France, and Wurmlingen, Germany.
The integration brings together the companies’ spinal implant technologies for treating degenerative disc disease and lumbar spinal stenosis. Companion Spine’s U.S. portfolio includes DIAM, coflex and CoFix, which are designed to support spinal stabilization and preserve motion.
Companion Spine said the combined organization will focus on developing posterior dynamic stabilization and motion-preserving technologies for degenerative spine conditions.
