Three hospitals and health systems hired multiple orthopedic surgeons in the past month:

Orthopedic surgeon Ronald Baker, MD, on Jan. 29 joined Resurgens Orthopaedics in Atlanta.

Park Ridge, Ill.-based The Spine Center welcomed its fourth surgeon, according to a Jan. 28 press release.

Midwest Orthopaedic Hospital at UnityPoint Health-Proctor in Peoria, Ill., opened Jan. 28, Peoria Public Radio reports.

New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery opened a 60,000-square-foot hospital in West Palm Beach, Fla., its first expansion into the state.
