What you should know:
1. The complex will be 14,400 square feet and will house an Albany Med EmUrgentCare office and a satellite office for The Bone and Joint Center’s orthopedic specialists.
2. The complex will offer space for other medical professionals.
3. Columbia Developments will own and manage the space once it is complete.
