SynerFuse, a spinal fusion medical device company, has appointed Nameer Haider, MD, as chief innovation officer.
Dr. Haider is a surgeon with more than two decades of experience. He specializes in treatment of spinal and skeletal pain using minimally invasive surgical and nonsurgical techniques, according to a Feb. 26 news release from SynerFuse shared with Becker’s.
In the role, Dr. Haider will advance clinical innovations and accelerate technology adoption for the treatment of chronic lower back pain.
Dr. Haider serves as the chairman of physical medicine and rehabilitation at Faxton-St. Luke’s Healthcare in Utica, N.Y., as well as chairman of the board of the New York State Medical Society, the release said.
