PE firm purchases Orthopedic Physical Therapy Products: 3 notes

Nashville, Tenn.-based private equity firm Gen Cap America bought physical therapy and fitness products company Orthopedic Physical Therapy Products.

Here are three things to know:

1. OPTP’s range of products includes foam rollers, lumbar rolls and exercise balls, which are sold directly to healthcare professionals, clinics, personal trainers and individuals.

2. Gen Cap America also invested in Alpha Technics, Advantage Medical Professionals and CoreMedical Group.

3. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
