The practice won an auction bid to purchase a state-owned Sennett property in 2013 and had plans to spend more than $4 million renovating the site for medical offices. Howerver, the deal with the state for the property was never finalized, and now the state is considering other options for the property.

However, the deal is still alive, and the practice is still interested in purchasing it if the state has no other use for it, according to the report.

Victory Sports Medicine and Orthopedics provides a number of services including sports medicine, orthopedics and injury prevention.
