1. The clinic and SPRI’s initial agreement with USOC began in 2014.
2. The new partnership will run through the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles.
3. The Steadman Clinic will continue to provide a variety of healthcare services and physicians to athletes of Team USA as they train for the next two Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games as well as the next three Olympic and Paralympic Summer Games.
4. Surgeons and clinicians from The Steadman Clinic and SPRI will work with the U.S. athletes on a year-round basis to provide injury treatment and research resources.
5. The Steadman Clinic and SPRI’s relationship with Team USA first began in 1976 when the clinic’s founder J. Richard Steadman, MD, began working as chief physician for U.S. ski teams.
