Phoenix Children’s Hospital unveils 2 sports medicine, physical therapy clinics: 4 notes

Phoenix Children’s Hospital opened two sports medicine and physical therapy clinics in Phoenix and Gilbert, Ariz., according to KTAR News.

Four notes:

1. Phoenix Children’s Center for Pediatric Orthopedics’ sports medicine physicians will provide clinical oversight at the two clinics.

2. Designed for children and young adults with orthopedic sports-related injuries, the new clinics feature colorful walls and patterned floors.

3. The clinics provide services and equipment such as anti-gravity treadmills and kinesio taping.

4. The Phoenix Children’s Sports Medicine PT program treats conditions including ligament injuries and sprains, fractures and nerve injuries.
