Wenzel Spine’s panaSIa expandable sacroiliac joint fusion system is available in a limited U.S. launch, the company said Aug. 13.
The first cases were completed with the system, and a full launch is expected in the fourth quarter, according to a news release. The panaSla system is designed for a posterior, minimally invasive approach. It provides joint fixation through controlled expansion across the ilium and sacrum.
