Vijay Yanamadala, MD, was appointed vice chair of neurosurgery for the Fairfield Region at Hartford (Conn.) HealthCare’s Ayer Neuroscience Institute, he said in a March 17 LinkedIn post.
The Ayer Neuroscience Institute is the only comprehensive stroke center in Fairfield County, his post said.
Dr. Yanamadala has worked at Hartford HealthCare for five years, according to his LinkedIn profile. He also serves as system medical director of neurosurgery and spine quality.
