Robert Fink, MD, recently announced the opening of a minimally invasive spine and hand surgery center in Chicago called, Gold Coast Orthopedic Spine and Hand Surgery.

 

Worcester-based University of Massachusetts Medical School and Worcester-based University of Massachusetts Medical Center appointed Mark D. Johnson, MD, PhD, chair of the neurosurgery department.

 

The International Association of HealthCare Professionals inducted board-certified orthopedic spine surgeon Gerald Q. Greenfield Jr., MD.

 

Joshua Bederson, MD, a neurosurgeon at New York City-based Mount Sinai Hospital, is the first to use Germany-based Leica Microsystems’ CaptiView.
