1. VB Spine, which bought Stryker’s U.S. Spine assets in 2025, acquired Stryker’s manufacturing facility in Cestas, France.

2. VB Spine has entered into an agreement with Robotron Surgical Technologies to acquire the SpineHawk platform.

3. VB Spine entered a definitive agreement to acquire exclusive rights to Augmedics’ xvision spine system. The acquisition was completed in April.

4. The first clinical cases using VB Spine’s Vulcan Spinal System have been completed, marking the start of the system’s limited market release.
