VB Spine acquires Stryker manufacturing facility

VB Spine, which bought Stryker’s U.S. Spine assets in 2025, now acquired Stryker’s manufacturing facility in Cestas, France.

The acquisition will play a central role in VB Spine’s global manufacturing strategy, according to a Jan. 6 news release. Employees with the facility transitioned from Stryker to VB Spine, and operations are continuing without interruption.

VB Spine is an independent company from the co-founders of Viscogliosi Brothers.
