Stryker makes 2 legal leadership changes

Rob Fletcher was named Stryker’s vice president and chief legal officer, replacing Mike Hutchinson, who will become an adviser to the CEO.

Mr. Fletcher previously held multiple legal leadership roles, including general counsel for the medical device and pharmaceutical divisions, during a nearly 15-year tenure at Johnson & Johnson.

He will assume responsibility for the legal, compliance and corporate secretary functions April 22.

Mr. Hutchinson will serve as adviser to Stryker Chairman and CEO Kevin Lobo through May 2020.
