Stryker acquires 8.4M more VEXIM shares; holds 92% of share capital — 5 points

Stryker reported the close of the simplified public tender offer for VEXIM outstanding shares.

1. Before the offer, Stryker owned more than 50 percent of VEXIM’s share capital and voting rights.

 

2. During the offer, Stryker acquired 4,036,406 more VEXIM shares and 226,520 BSAAR warrants.

 

3. Currently, Stryker owns 8,416,399 VEXIM shares, holding 91.19 percent of the company’s share capital. Stryker owns about 91.56 percent of VEXIM’s voting rights as well.

 

4. VEXIM, a medical device company offering vertebral compression fracture solutions, is on the Euronext Growth stock exchange in France.

 

5. Opened Nov. 16, the public tender offer closed Dec. 6.
