Medtronic’s Memphis-based spinal division is experiencing revenue declines, despite the company’s overall growth, according to Memphis Business Journal.

1. The company’s spine revenue of $704 million decreased by 2 percent. This decline has been occurring for more than one year.

 

2. Medtronic’s neuromodulation line also continues to see decreased revenues.

 

3. In the third quarter, Medtronic reported global revenue of $6.9 billion, which presents an increase of 6 percent from the same period last year.

 

4. The company’s third quarter revenue in the United States increased 4 percent from the same period last year.
