SI-Bone reported second-quarter worldwide revenue of $56 million, up 15.2% year over year, and raised its full-year 2026 revenue guidance to $231 million to $233 million.
U.S. revenue increased 14.7% to $53.2 million, while international revenue rose 25.9% to $2.8 million, according to an Aug. 3 news release from the company.
SI-Bone said 1,715 active U.S. physicians utilize its products, up 19% from the prior-year period, and submitted a 510(k) application in June for its third breakthrough device targeting spine surgery. CMS also finalized a new MS-DRG family providing higher payments for complex spinal fusion procedures incorporating iFuse Bedrock Granite in the inpatient setting, effective Oct. 1.
