Life Spine gains clearance for anterior lumbar spacer

Medical device company Life Spine has received FDA clearance for its Plateau-A Ti anterior lumbar spacer system, according to an Aug. 5 news release.

Three things to know:

1. Plateau-A Ti features large graft windows for optimum visibility and bone graft containment.

2. The implant features the company’s Osseo-Loc surface treatment technology, which promotes bone growth and enhances intervertebral stability.

3. Life Spine designed Plateau-A Ti with a chamfered edge to facilitate insertion.
