Keith Pfeil takes role as senior VP and CFO of Globus Medical

Globus Medical appointed Keith Pfeil as senior vice president and CFO, effective August 19.

Three things to know:

1. Mr. Pfeil arrives from publicly traded consumer products company CSS Industries, where he operated in several financial leadership roles.

2. Previously he worked at Ernst and Young, KPMG and Arthur Andersen.

3. Mr. Pfeil earned an executive master’s degree in business administration from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Elizabethtown College, also in Philadelphia.

“He’s an accomplished executive with strong track record of sound financial leadership, bringing efficiency to operations and corporate value creation,” said Dave Demski, president and CEO of Globus Medical. “We believe Keith will be a valuable addition to our executive management team and will help support our growth as Globus Medical becomes a larger player in the musculoskeletal market.”
