Joint replacement implant device company MicroPort Orthopedics launched its Evolution NitrX Medial-Pivot Knee System.
The upgraded knee system expands on MicroPort's medial-pivot design, which first debuted more than 20 years ago. The newest iteration features a titanium niobium nitride coating, which reduces the amount of released ions common to several cobalt chromium implants.
