The system is designed for leg limb lengthening procedures of the femur and tibia bones. The system includes the PRECICE remote control technology which provides internal implant adjustments through a non-invasive method from outside the body.
The system may also decrease the risk for complications during the recovery process. The company plans to launch the devices internationally during the first half of 2012.
