Mr. Davis is CEO of The Concorde Group, a private investment firm, and serves as the non-executive chairman of the board of Dean Foods Company. He also serves as a member of the boards of Affirmative Insurance Holding, MicroDental and Whitehorse Finance.
The appointment expands the Alphatec Spine board to 10 directors.
