The robot is used for minimally invasive spine surgery and aims for improved precision and faster recovery times for patients.

“Robotic-assisted surgical technologies have enhanced our abilities to perform minimally invasive surgeries, leading to excellent surgical results for our patients,” Jose Canseco, MD, PhD, said in a news release. “Thanks to these innovations, patients experience decreased pain and can return to their daily routines with few complications.”

At the Becker's 23rd Annual Spine, Orthopedic and Pain Management-Driven ASC + The Future of Spine Conference, taking place June 11-13 in Chicago, spine surgeons, orthopedic leaders and ASC executives will come together to explore minimally invasive techniques, ASC growth strategies and innovations shaping the future of outpatient spine care.
