The new system provides patients with knee replacement prosthetics that are matched and aligned to their specific anatomy for better outcomes.

CMC surgeons also use a handheld instrument to gather information on a patient’s knee anatomy without exposing patients to the radiation of CT scans.

Three of Cayuga’s surgeons, Ashley Anderson, MD, Benjamin Donahue, MD, and Deidre Blake, MD, will be trained in the use of the surgical robot.

At the Becker’s 32nd Annual Meeting: The Business and Operations of ASCs, taking place October 29-31 in Chicago, ASC leaders, surgeons and healthcare executives will explore strategies to drive growth, enhance operational performance, navigate reimbursement challenges and prepare for the future of ambulatory surgery.
