Dr. Small focuses on hip and knee replacement surgery and also serves as director of the Westchester Orthopedics Institute of White Plains Hospital. He completed his fellowship in adult and pediatric hip surgery at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
