- The company inked a distribution agreement with SI Bone for the iFuse TORQ portfolio.
- Smith+Nephew formed a partnership with medical device company Karl Storz to deliver integrated surgical and visualization solutions for orthopedic procedures, including sports medicine.
- Smith+Nephew completed its acquisition of Integrity Orthopaedics, adding the FDA-cleared Tendon Seam rotator cuff repair system to its shoulder portfolio, a $225 million cash transaction that includes up to $225 million in performance-based payments.
