Here are five updates on both Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush and OrthoIllinois since the merge:

  1. A 93,386-square-foot medical building in Oak Brook, Ill., 99% leased to Rush University System for Health, was sold.
  2. OrthoIllinois completed construction on its OrthoIllinois Surgery Center in Elgin in September.
  3. OrthoIllinois partnered with ValueHealth to expand the Muve orthopedics program and value-based care.
  4. Midwest Orthopaedics at Rush University Medical Center ranked eighth on U.S. News and World Report’s 50 best hospitals for orthopedics for 2023-24.
  5. OrthoIllinois integrated Rockford (Ill.) Spine Center in June.
