Here are five points:
1. With this installation, EOS imaging has five installed systems in Manhattan.
2. This installation is the second at Hospital for Special Surgery.
3. The second system is in place in Hospital for Special Surgery’s radiology department.
4. The EOS imaging system offers full-body stereo-radiographic images of patients in functional positions.
5. Hospital for Special Surgery, which was ranked first in the United States for orthopedics by U.S. News & World Report, installed a second system to meet the demand for adult 2D/3D imaging.
“The growing demand of adult surgeons for exams leading to this installation speaks for the value of our imaging platform and associated software solutions in hip and knee arthroplasty,” said Marie Meynadier, EOS imaging CEO.
