HOPCo in 2022: 12 developments

Here is a timeline of HOPCo’s year:

January: HOPCo launches a statewide clinically integrated network in Arizona to improve outcomes and savings for musculoskeletal care.

February: HOPCo partner, Jacksonville, Fla.-based Southeast Orthopedic Specialists teamed up with Orthopaedic Associates of St. Augustine (Fla.) to grow its footprint and clinical services. The partnership created one of Florida’s largest musculoskeletal practices.

May: HOPCo entered the Northeast market and added Premier Orthopaedics in Newtown Square, Pa.

June: HOPCo’s partnership with Florida Blue created a statewide clinically integrated network with more than 350 specialists.

Hendersonville, N.C.-based Pardee UNC Healthcare banded with HOPCo to create the region’s first destination for orthopedic, spine and neurosurgery care.

HOPCo acquired msk.ai, a technology platform that focuses on remote patient monitoring.

July: Phoenix-based Arizona Neurosurgery & Spine Specialists joined The CORE Institute, a HOPCo-managed practice.

October: Tahoe Fracture and Spine Nevada launched a unified brand after partnering together under HOPCo’s Nevada platform. In 2022, the practice added six physicians.

November: Fort Myers-based Orthopedic Center of Florida partnered with HOPCo and aims to open a new clinic in early 2023.

HOPCo partnered with 11 orthopedic and spine surgeons based in Madison, Wis. 

Hollywood, Fla.-based Memorial Health System partnered with HOPCo to support a growing musculoskeletal servicec line.

December: Philadelphia Hand to Shoulder Center joined HOPCo and partnered with Premier Orthopaedics to create one of the largest musculoskeletal platform in the U.S.
