12 recent orthopedic leadership moves

Several orthopedic practices, hospitals and management service organizations named new leadership roles in January.

1. S. Clifton Willimon, MD, was named chief of orthopedics and sports medicine center at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, effective Jan. 1.

2. Orthopedic Care Partners has named Rob Scoskie as chief development officer.

3. John Crockarell, MD, a total joint replacement surgeon was elected chief of staff at Memphis, Tenn.-based Campbell Clinic.

4. U.S. Orthopaedic Partners named Deepak Nalli as senior vice president of RCM.

5. Neil Patel, MD, is the new president and board chair of Spine Team Texas.

6. Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster (Pa.) named Ryan Albrecht as its new CEO in a Jan. 13 announcement. He will begin the role in March.

7. Gainesville, Fla.-based Orthopedic Care Partners has named Rob Passaro vice president of business development.

8. Stamford, Conn.-based Spire Orthopedic Partners has appointed Leigh Herzog as chief operating officer.

9. Bloomington, Minn.-based Twin Cities Orthopedics named Christopher Meyer, MD, as CEO, the first practicing physician to lead the organization.

10. Indianapolis-based OrthoIndy appointed Caroline Jarrell as chief information officer.

11. New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery named Anne Marie McDonald, EdD, RN, as its new chief nursing executive.

12. Austin Fragomen, MD, was named chief of limb lengthening and complex reconstruction at New York City-based Hospital for Special Surgery.
