Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster (Pa.) named Ryan Albrecht as its new CEO, effective March 2.
Mr. Albrecht is succeeding Bill Weik, who is retiring from the role, according to a Jan. 13 news release shared with Becker’s. Mr. Albrecht’s past experiences include leadership roles with Steamboat Orthopaedic & Spine Institute, Real Radiology, MD West One and Nebraska Methodist Health System.
“Ryan brings a strong record of operational leadership, strategic growth and team development across complex health care environments,” Thomas Sherman, MD, physician president of Orthopedic Associates of Lancaster, said in the release. “His experience advancing coordinated, patient-centered care aligns closely with our mission and the needs of the communities we serve.
