2. UAMS Institute for Digital Health & Innovation and the UAMS Jackson T. Stephens Spine & Neurosciences Institute partnered with T. Glenn Pait, MD, to perform the first digital spine clinic consultation in Arkansas.
3. UAMS is touting the telemedicine clinic as a move to cut costs.
“The patients are also given requirements before surgery for therapies to assist in their recovery and improve surgical outcomes via digital health with the assistance of our staff at the patient site,” Dr. Pait said in a statement to AM&P.
