Orthopaedic & Neurosurgery Specialists hires 1st chief value officer

Greenwich, Conn.-based Orthopaedic & Neurosurgery Specialists on Oct. 26 appointed Rondi Rabuse as chief value officer to lead its payer strategy.

Ms. Rabuse brings more than 20 years of experience in payer and provider relationships to the practice.

Most recently, she was president of Brighton Health Network, where she was responsible for the development, design and operation of sustainable network models to improve delivery, outcomes and cost of care.

In September, Orthopaedic & Neurosurgery Specialists affiliated with Orthopedic Associates of Middletown (Conn.) in a move that increased the number of physicians in its network to 34. The combined network now includes 350 employees and seven locations.
