“Clinician wellbeing is a top priority at Ortho RI,” Mary Ellen Ashe, Ortho Rhode Island executive director, said in a Dec. 4 news release. “With the Mocingbird solution, we will streamline our administrative efforts and ultimately aim to give our clinicians’ time back in their busy lives.”
Developed by Ian Madom, MD, a spine surgeon at Ortho Rhode Island, the app aims to save providers time by managing maintenance of certification and continuing medical education requirements and allowing them to take courses on mobile devices.
Administrators can track and store education credits from providers and ensure they stay up to date and compliant on all certification and education requirements.
